so that we have the full facts at our fingertiips at any time new decisions have to be

Negotiating the Offer. The critical
phase of the sale comes at the time of the offer presentation from the buyer. Even
when a buyer and a seller come close to agreeing the final price of a house there can be a
host items which hold up the outcome of the sale. See my section on the final terms of the agreement. This is where my
many years of experience in negotiation deals on behalf of my Clients comes into play.
