I am in the business to help you market and sell your home for its full market value.   The financial and emotional investment you've made in your home is my primary concern.  My task is to smooth the way for you to make your home purchase as effortless as possible. When working to sell your home, I am committed to::

  1. Listen to your needs. One of the most important things I do is to listen fully to your needs so that I have all the background possible to assist you in realizing the best value for your house. Your needs will become my key priority when we sit down to plan this important step in your future.

  2. Guaranteed Service.  From time to time vendors have listed their property for a lengthy term and regretted their decision later.  When you list with me I guarantee that you can cancel your listing at any time if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving from me.  In this way, you can relax and enjoy the caliber of service that you'll receive from an agent who's confident enough to make this offer.

  3. Bring You the Facts. Our most important task is to accurately determine the market value of your house.  I have access to the latest information on sales proces and trends in your area.  I will provide the know how, the data and the recent trends to help you make an accurate decision..

  4. Help Showcase Your Home.  I will help you through all stages of the process outlined in my showcase your home section to bring your home up to full marketable value.  I have the experience to be able to advise you of what renovations if any need to be made, and how you can best showcase your home for the maximum return.

  5. Give Your Home Full Market Exposure.   My task is to bring you serious qualified buyers who are interested in a home with your specifications, and in your price range. To do this I must give your house as much exposure to the market as it can get.  There are a series of steps I take to give your house full market exposure which are described in the market exposure section of this Web site.

  6. Bring You Regular Progress Reports.   One of the key parts of my relationship with you will be to report to you in writing on a regular basis on all market activity, advertising, showings, enquiries, feedback from other Realtors, and any recent trends or comparable home sales that might have taken place.  This feedback will keep our plans on track so that we have the full facts at our fingertiips at any time new decisions have to be made.

  7. Negotiating the Offer. The critical phase of the sale comes at the time of the offer presentation from the buyer.  Even when a buyer and a seller come close to agreeing the final price of a house there can be a host items which hold up the outcome of the sale.  See my section on the final terms of the agreement.  This is where my many years of experience in negotiation deals on behalf of my Clients comes into play.   You can expect solid skills in dealing with all the intricate parts of the offer process.
