Operated as a successful horse boarding/breeding stable for the past 13 years, this property has catered primarily to Thoroughbred owners and Dressage riders.

THE BARN has 21 box stalls, including foaling suites, and a 12 foot aisle. The walls are double steel insulated. There are ample windows with thermal panes which are put back in the fall season. The tack room has 14 saddle racks, steel security door, heated washroom and a hot water tank. The barn is wired for CCTV capability and has a separate 200 amp hydro service + dedicated meter. It has bulk shavings containment – 9 tonnes, and a bulk grain hopper plus auger, capacity 4 tonnes. THE HAY BARN is at the west end of the barn and can hold 2,000 square bales. All the wooden pallets will remain.

THE INDOOR ARENA is 140’ x 70’ with 14’ ceilings. It is extremely well lit, with artificial as well as natural light, and well ventilated. The arena floor is packed limestone screening and oiled sand.   THE OUTDOOR OLYMPIC SIZED DRESSAGE RING is 200’ x 75’.

There is a ¾ mile grass training track. The fencing is oak board throughout, with 6 pasture paddocks and 7 turn out paddocks (all with automatic water).   There are 3 dug wells + pumps servicing the property. One is for seasonal use to the pastures and paddocks. The main well servicing the house and barn is located to the west of the house.  Tenant farmer income permits farm property tax rebate. Approximately 40 acres is leased for cash crops and hay.
