Two bedrooms on the main level Both generous sized bedrooms with large picture windows and handsome hardwood floors, they are located at the west side of the house. The turquoise room will be painted out in a neutral colour by the end of May.

The Main Bathroom
Also part of the renovations, this recently refurbished 4 piece bathroom is seen here with fresh vinyl flooring , a bath with shower surround and window to the outside, pedestal sink and toilet. Painted in a deep wine red colour – with all white trim and medicine cabinet.

The Lower Level
There is one additional finished room in the lower level – which has a convenient walk out to the back yard. With a large picture window this room is above grade on the north side and has been freshly painted and features an attractive dark laminate floor. There is a woodstove in the corner on a stone pad which is in “as is condition”.
