Interior Highlights

	The Great Room This gracious room is where all the family enjoys the warmth of the fire on a chilly day and the "bungaloft" features the dramatic stone fireplace right to the ceiling. Large picture windows face out to the backyard and overlook the kitchen and dining areas. Painted in Benjamin Moore earth colours (terra cotta and sage green) warms up this large room and makes it feel cozy.

	The Dining Room Separate from the living room is this formal dining room with its 9 ft. ceiling, soft neutral coloured broadloom and walls and set off by the twin columns off the front entrance foyer. A huge picture window looking out to the front street is framed in a recessed wall area.

	The Kitchen With redwood stained maple cupboards and slate coloured countertops, this kitchen is bright and inviting with its large bank of drawers, centre island with breakfast bar, corner walk-in lit pantry and a wall of cabinetry with desk for laptop computer, phone and work station. Another huge picture window from the kitchen preparation area allows you to see the kids and family pet playing out back at all times.

	The Kitchen Eat-in Area With a beautiful soft fawn coloured ceramic tiled floor throughout the kitchen and eat-in area, there is ample room for the everyday kitchen table and chairs and it can hold a much larger one than shown here. Another angle shows the sliding glass doors to the large newly built deck for BBQ’s and summer dining.

	The Office/Den Close to the kitchen area is this separate room that is currently being used as an office/den and could be another bedroom if needed (there are 4 already). Painted in a deep Bahamas Blue – with neutral broadloom and white doors and trim.
