Cream coloured textured broadloom is throughout the living and dining room – and a beautifully placed oriental rug adds a classy touch.

	The Dining Room Open to the living room is this space for the expanding dining room table for entertaining guests and family. The corner propane fireplace adds to the country feel of the room. The outdoor scenery is also in view and enjoyed while dining.

	The Kitchen While preparing the meals from this extremely functional and well designed space, you are never far away from the outside beauty and activity of the birds and wildlife that comes to visit the pond. A clever U shaped counter provides great space for preparation and the soft yellow cupboards accented with blue patterned flooring and wall colours give this kitchen a “provençal” feel. All appliances stay with the home.


	The Sitting Room Extended behind the dining room area is this charming sitting room with windows on 2 sides, providing a quiet space to sit and read “while sitting in the forest” nearby. In one corner – the computer desk has been set up and perfectly fits in that space.
