	The Driveway A very soft approach onto this property is felt the minute you travel down the driveway to the house site. This is where the “Muskoka memories” begin. Then we arrive at the bend in the driveway first to the barn with its single garage door and is a substantial building with its own electricity.

	The Front Approach With its slab and gravel steps and hand railing, you are led down through the trees to the house and arrive at the entrance through the screened porch to the kitchen door.

The Screened Porch A substantial size to accommodate a very large table or generous outdoor furniture, this indeed is a place that has had years of enjoyment by friends and family members. Crack out the puzzle with a hot cup of coffee and listen and breathe in the gentle rain around you. Or early morning yoga practice has no better place. .

	The Porch to the Deck Through the screened porch, which is the perfect spot for those soft rainy days or lovely summer evenings for dining, we exit onto the deck which faces the lovely meadows, pond and rolling views.
	The Deck From the pencil window in the kitchen area framing the long view to the sitting out on the deck year round, it is THE place to enjoy the beauty of this property and view the wildlife that is abundant on this land. From the deer, rabbits, fox, wild turkey and numerous species of songbirds, the deck is the “outside living and dining room” in country properties. At night, enjoy the frog symphony from the pond and stream while drinking in the show of stars without the light pollution of cities to obscure them.

	Another View of the House As shown here, this cedar bungalow has been recently power washed on the exterior and the roof shingles were replaced 4-5 years ago.
