The Sleeping Area 
At the north end of the upper level is the bedroom area shown here against the lovely pine wainscoting and windows overlooking the swale. Lull yourself to sleep in spring/summer by the symphony of frogs out your window. Additional bedrooms can be built on the main floor.

The Bathroom 
Just off the living room area is the 3 piece bathroom with pine flooring, tongue in groove tub surround (to soak your weary body in) and white clean tiled tub splash. An attractive Mexican hand painted sink with bright fish motif has been installed into the pine vanity. There is also a 2 piece washroom on the main floor not pictured here.

The Main Floor Workshop  With good high ceilings this is the main entrance into the house and needs little work to finish off into whatever configuration you need. Large windows bring in the light and the countryside scenery on this level and there is a 2 piece washroom with laundry area just off the south west corner of the room. The staircase to the 2nd floor and main coat closet is to the left.
