The Stairway to Basement
The original owner (previous to this one) built this pine tree motif stairway divider and adds real character to the charming country bungalow. The hallway and front entrance flooring is individual ceramic tiles in an array of natural stone shades.

The Recreation Room
With a large window to the south and a walkout to the ornamental pond area, this recreation room is the perfect spot for the family entertainment centre and invites you to cozy up to the warmth of the woodstove on those chilly nights . There is a convenient pass through for the wood from the outside directly into this room.

The Games Room
Another large space on the other side of the recreation room is currently used for the air hockey table and would be the perfect spot for the ping pong or pool table, if you desire.

This second bedroom is also spacious enough for a queen or even king sized bed and also looks out onto the ornamental pond to the south.

Across from the 2 bedrooms, this brightly decorated 3 piece bathroom in a fish motif, has a corner shower and attractive vinyl cushion flooring in a faux stone pattern.
