The Recreation Area
This large recreation area is open and adds considerable space to the enjoyment of this home. More recently decorated, it is in a very delightful yellow that brings out the beauty of the wainscotting below. The material used for the wainscotting is from century logs that add great character to this room along with its own built in bar with recessed pot lighting and built-in pool cue holder. Two oversized windows and glass doors brighten this room for further enjoyment.

The Lower Level Bathroom
Just installed, this 3 piece bathroom is located right off the recreation room and has a larger shower stall with ceramic floor and handsome marble vanity top. Right next to the workshop area where a 3rd bedroom could easily be adapted, it would make for a very private guest suite.

The Workshop  Currently in use as a serious workshop, this room is unfinished and can remain as such for the person who loves their own space to work on whatever project is their fancy.
